Can I leave my cat alone for a weekend with this feeder?
Yes. Schedule up to 8 portioned meals a day, watch the bowl in HD with night vision, and talk to your cat through the 2-way speaker. Pair it with a water fountain and most healthy adult cats are fine for 2-3 days.
What happens if the power or WiFi goes out?
Meals still drop. Schedules are stored on the feeder and the battery backup keeps it running through an outage; you just lose the live video until WiFi returns.
Is there a subscription for the camera?
No. Live video, clips and alerts are free through the app. No monthly fee.
How much food does it hold?
4 liters, roughly 17 cups of dry kibble, about 2 weeks for an average cat. It only works with dry food 2-15 mm in size.
Does it work with 5GHz WiFi?
Yes. It connects to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
Does it work for small dogs?
Yes, for any pet that eats dry kibble. Larger dogs will need the 6L model.
