Refund policy

30-day returns If you or your pet aren't happy, email pawpalss.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a return label. Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll have you ship the item back for a refund or a replacement.
